Chivonne Noel Fleming is a first generation American. An over 30-year Georgia Native – Atlanta is home by default. She was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and lived in the beautiful Island of Bermuda for 6 years. Dr. Fleming wears many hats and sums them up in the millennial term “Omnipreneur”. Today she presents to you Chivonne Noel & Co., a full-service consulting and business development firm specializing in economic development. Chivonne Noel is also a published Author of two books, she has over 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate, economic development and is an avid lover of her community. Additionally, Dr. Fleming is your proud former candidate for Clerk of Superior Court in Clayton County, she has served on several boards (governmental and non-profit boards). Former radio personality on Hits 92.3, Boutique Owner of Blue Boutique and Studio.

With all of her triumphs came great loss. In 2015 Chivonne loss her mother to Colon Rectal Cancer. 2016 she was in a life changing collision that shattered her hip and she had to undergo several surgeries. In 2016 she spent that year going through rehabilitation. 2017 Dr. Fleming took her family on vacation to take a moment away – her husband passed on the beach in Bermuda. . . Back to back trauma has shaped her faith like nonother and propelled her into her purpose and a true servant leader. She knows that through Christ she can do all things.

Her prayer is that when you see/hear her, you see Him (God) through her. Her reminder to you is that you can do ALL (not some or a select few things) through Christ Jesus who strengthens you . . .that the will of God will never take you will the Grace of God will not keep you . . . See the good in all things, even if you have to squint to see them. . . View your glass as half full instead of half empty.
